Last Withdrawal Report

The Last Withdrawal Report displays the list of all amounts that were withdrawn last on accounts that have overdrafts on them as at a specific date.

How to view the Last Withdrawal Report

To get here, go to Savings\Overdrafts\Last Withdrawal Report. A screen will appear looking as follows: 

• Overdraft Last Withdrawal as at: Specify the reporting date, e.g., "23/07/2020".
• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".
• Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all Branches to include all branches.
• Product: From the drop down box, select a loan product that you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all loan products that are available in the system
• Geographical area: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas. Geographical areas are entered under Support Files/Geographical Areas
• Client Category 1: From the drop down box, select a client based on the classification that you made at Menu Support Files Client Category 1 / Client Category 2 and Client Category 3. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all options under each client category.
• Cost Center: From the drop down box, select a cost center for which you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all business sectors that are available in the system.
• Gender: From the drop down select the gender that you want the last deposit report of the over draft to generate
• Specify the client type to report on, i.e, Individual, Group or Business or select the All radio button to include all client types.

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look like one below:

 Click on the Close button to exit the menu.
